By downloading, installing, or using TrackIQ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

TrackIQ is a mobile application designed to help athletes track their training, analyze sprint form through AI-powered video analysis, log personal records, and improve athletic performance.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscription and Payments

TrackIQ Premium

• TrackIQ offers a premium subscription for $9.99 per month
• A 14-day free trial may be available for new subscribers
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
